Weekly Practice Sessions offer a steady, welcoming rhythm to support presence, clarity, and genuine connection in everyday life.
Each week opens a different doorway into meaningful living— Meditation / Teachings / Qigong / Reflection exercise and group sharing. These doorways rotate each week, allowing each aspect of practice to deepen over time while offering both variety and continuity. Together, we engage the body, heart, and mind with curiosity, kindness, and care.
This course is ongoing and can be used as a refuge and inspiration every week or use the recordings from one theme to do a personal weekend retreat around. You’re invited to come exactly as you are. Within a respectful and supportive space, we explore lived experience together and gradually cultivate awareness, compassion, and integrity in daily life.
Each session begins with a brief check-in in the chat, followed by about 30 minutes of guided practice or teaching from Jem. The final 10 minutes are open for sharing, reflections, or questions. Every gathering includes a simple, practical exercise you can carry with you into the coming week.
When you join this community, you can join live any Tuesday and have access to the recordings of Jem´s guidance ongoing.
